Yoga
The purpose of ‘Interlude in Vermont’ is to provide a
comfortable atmosphere that allows guests to feel a sense of well-being
and to be fully in the moment. Daily Kripalu (and other style) yoga
classes combine stretching, breathing, meditation and relaxation in
a spacious studio with a restful view of the adjoining woods.
Healthy
Meals
Fresh foods, consisting of organic vegetables, seasonal fruit, nuts
and seeds, as well as fish, tofu, grain, and yogurt are prepared in
a well-equipped country kitchen. Proper food-combining for optimum
digestion and energy and attractive presentation is emphasized.
Hiking
Miles of marked trails and scenic country roads allow guests to
choose their level of hiking experience. Guided group walks are
offered each day.
